Unbroken Circle of Care is a long-term learning program, sponsored by Hospice of Dayton. The program is led by experts in the field of caring ministries around the life stages of illness, death and grief. Congregations are asked to participate in teams of 3-5 members. Each team will attend four training days (Tuesdays: April 25, June 27, September 26 and November 14)– EACH DAY WILL BE FROM 9am-4pm). Additionally, there is a one hour phone coaching call with facilitators between sessions. Up to 8 congregations will be selected to participate. Selected congregations are asked to consider a one-time $100 donation to assist with program costs.
