Ohio's Hospice is honored and privileged to offer our American Pride® Thank a Veteran program to support Veterans in our care. Through this program, you have the opportunity to help us thank our Veteran patients who have sacrificed and served our nation. This program is a way to recognize and express appreciation to our Veterans for their service.
Through American Pride® Veteran Care by Ohio’s Hospice, we honor the service of our Veteran patients and assure them of receiving the highest quality of care. Throughout Ohio’s Hospice and its affiliates, our staff and volunteers:
- Celebrate Veterans for their service to our nation.
- Thank Veterans for their service.
- Assist Veteran patients in obtaining access to all the benefits to which Veterans are eligible.
- Provide spiritual support.
- Address individual post-traumatic stress issues.
- Recognize Veterans through Veteran Recognition Ceremonies.
As part of our effort to recognize our Veteran patients, we invite you to help us thank our Veteran patients with a personalized card. Your heartfelt appreciation will mean so much to the Veteran patients we are honored and privileged to serve.
To thank a Veteran patient:
- Fill out the form with your personalized message.
A hospice volunteer will write out your message on a card. The card will get delivered to one of our Veteran patients and their families.
